Data Requests

We undertake data searches on behalf of Partners, local naturalists and researchers, and commercial consultants. We charge for the time taken to run a data search (including a contribution to the costs of managing data) for commercial consultants. A proportion of this charge is made available to local naturalists for specific projects.

We can provide information on statutory and non-statutory designated sites, and protected and notable species, within Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire. We can perform other searches on request.

If you wish us to perform the data search on your behalf, and provide more detailed information, please complete a Data Request Form (go to LERC - Documents) and return it to us by email, fax or post. We will inform you of the costs of a data search before proceeding. We aim to fulfil all data requests within 10 days of receipt of a Data Request Form.
